Does it really work?

Yes. SnackFolio is based on the principle of calorie counting. The more accurate you are with your food logging, the better the results will be.

How does my exercise impact my target calories?

You have the option to either factor in your activity level or not. By taking into account your activity level, SnackFolio will adjust your target calories by allowing you to eat more. This means that your target calories will vary from day to day. Alternatively, you can choose a fixed calorie target and ignore your activity level.

Is SnackFolio available for Android?

Unfortunately not. SnackFolio is only available for iOS devices. There is no plan to release an Android version at this time.

How long do I need to track my food?

The longer you track your food, the more accurate your calorie target will be. It is advised to monitor your food intake for a couple of weeks to gain a better understanding of your daily consumption. Many individuals are unaware of their true eating habits until they begin tracking them.
